SC American Adventure SRL, generically referred to hereinafter as AA, as the author / owner / administrator of the website respects the privacy and security of the information provided by you when using this website, including data with a personal character, the purpose for which he created and applied this Privacy Policy. Your access / visit to this website is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy, implies your explicit acceptance of them and represents the entire agreement (contract) between the parties.

AA reserves the right to change and update at any time the content of the website, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use, without any prior notice. Therefore, please visit this section periodically to check the terms and conditions you have agreed to abide by.

The terms and conditions presented are valid and apply to all websites in the field of and for which SC American Adventure SRL has the quality of author / owner / administrator. All these websites (as they currently exist or will be later implemented) as well as the website will be called generically, individually or collectively Site and / or Sites in the following.

In this paper, words in the singular include the plural, words in the plural include the singular, words denoting the masculine gender include the feminine, and words denoting the feminine gender include the masculine.

  • 6. third party - any natural or legal person, private or public law, including public authorities, institutions and their territorial structures, other than the data subject, the operator or the authorized person or persons who, under the direct authority of the operator or person empowered, are authorized to process data;

  • 7. addressee - any natural or legal person, private or public law, including public authorities, institutions and their territorial structures, to which data are disclosed, regardless of whether or not it is a third party; public authorities to which data are communicated within a special investigative competence will not be considered recipients;

  • 8. anonymous data - data which, due to the origin or the specific method of processing, cannot be associated with an identified or identifiable person;

  • 9. business contact data - data that includes the name, position, business address, telephone number or e-mail address of an employee of an organization, in this capacity. Business contact data does not fall into the category of personal data;

  • 10. statistical data data that have been obtained as a result of the processing by the operator of personal data but which cannot be used to identify a person and are used exclusively for statistical and / or information, promotion purposes.

Collection of personal dataAA may collect personal data from you but only with your consent and if you provide them to us voluntarily. The registration form presented on the website requires information through which you can be identified or through which we can contact you, these being from the category of business contact data.

We use personal data collected for the following purposes:

  • - To ensure that the website is relevant to your needs.

  • - To deliver services such as newsletters, events or products that you have requested or purchased.

  • - To help us create and publish the most relevant content for you.

  • - To ensure access to sections with limited access to the site.

AA collects information and processes it into statistical data about which pages you access inside the Sites, including the IP address from which the Site is visited. AA may use cookies on the Sites, temporarily storing personal data for the following purposes:

In different sections of the Site there are links to send us an email. AA does not sell, exchange or rent personal data to third parties.

Personal data may be disclosed without your consent in case of litigation / disputes regarding payment fraud to the following recipients: Banks involved in online payments, International Card Organizations and Service / Product Providers, respectively according to the provisions of Law 676/2001, to the competent institutions.

Use of statistical data and anonymous data AA may use statistical data or anonymous data resulting from processing as an operator for the following purposes:

  • - performing analyzes / reports;

  • - making information;

  • - publishing, promoting, offering products / services offered by AA.

Security of the data collected AA uses security methods and technologies, together with policies applied to employees and working procedures, including control and audit, to protect the personal data collected according to the legal provisions in force.

The servers on which the Sites are hosted are protected from limited physical and remote access, being installed in technically and security-appropriate premises. We make all reasonable, commercially justified efforts to protect your personal data collected, analyze new technologies in the field and, then and if necessary, apply them to upgrade our security systems. Also, the hardware and software infrastructure used by the AA solution is periodically analyzed in terms of security.

Minors AA does not sell products and / or services to be purchased by minors. AA may sell or collect the value of products / services intended for minors, but purchased by an adult. Legislation The privacy policy is subject to Romanian legislation. In case of litigation, an amicable settlement will be tried first, within 30 working days from the registration of the complaint at the headquarters of SC American Adventure SRL. If an agreement cannot be reached within the previously specified term, be considered competent court from the same administrative structure with the headquarters of SC American Adventure SRL
